Hand painted miniature illuminated manuscript/painting. Intimate scene. The
text on the back is Arabic: text describes adultery issues of that time. I
am not sure about the age of this leaf/page. Very good condition (except for
some water staining visible from the back near margins; see scans for details).
Dimensions: approx. 7 ¾” x 11 ¾”

Attack on Sidon by Commodore Charles Napier (Crimean War). Steel engraving
on thick paper. Published in the late 1850s by the London Printing and
Publishing Company. No writing on back. Dimensions: 10 3/4" x 7"
